Kniting Needle Jewelry

Jennifer Davies from Bur Oak Studio will be here for a “Trunk Show” of her amazing knitting needle jewelry.  Throughout the day we will have a couple of classes for you to create your own amazing piece of Jewelry!  We will have more information soon.

Cost TBA, you will have an opprotunity to reserve a spot.  

Inlay Whimsey Scarf (featured in July Little Looms)

One of our own, Michele Marshall wove this incredible scarf on her rigid heddle loom.  It was featured in the July issue of Little Looms Magazine!  If you want to take your rigid heddle weaving to the next level, this is a perfect class for you!  Michele will teach you!  And, we will offer a free Friday night warping party if needed (or you can get your yarn early and warp it yourself).  

$100.00 includes 2 skeins of Cotton Supreme Waves yarn.  Bring your own Rigid Heddle Loom (9” – 16” workd perfectly, a bigger one will work too!  If you need to borrow a loom, contact the shop.  Also included:  snacks and lunch.  This class will finish around 3-4 PM.  Reserve your spot in store or online.  Basic Rigid Heddle Weaving skills are required (let us know if you want to have a basics class prior to this one!)

Christmas Stocking Knitting Day

Bring your needles (and a pattern if you have one that you want to use).  We ask you purchase your yarn or kit here, we will also have several patterns available.  This is not a class with instruction, but there will be assistace. 

$20.00 includes snacks, prizes, lunch, a little help, and a lot of moral support!  You need to know how to knit in the round, and purl.  Color knitting experience is helpful.
