If you’ve used any of it…. you get to keep it.
If you’ve wound it…. you have used it…. and, you get to keep it.
If you bought it on sale…. you get to keep it.
If it smells like your pet dog or cat, smoke, or your favorite perfume…. you get to keep it.
If the label is missing or mutilated at all…. you get to keep it.
If none of the above apply to you, you have a receipt, and it’s not more than 30 days since you bought it, you can return the yarn for store credit. Sorry, no cash refunds. Don’t be insulted when we weigh the skein you are returning, because we always do.
Needle return policy….
Generally, needles are not returnable.
If you need to check for gauge before determining what size needle to buy, please ask for assistance. We may have some scrap yarn and lending needles you can try.
Books/Patterns/Notions/Soaps/Lotions/Kits/Roving/Socks are not returnable.
